About the Event
We put together this event just in time for the holiday season! We know that usually around this time of year our fitness and wellness goals fly out of the window. We get so wrapped up in the holiday spirit and great food that things can get out of control. We want to get you motivated and ready to take on these next months with Confidence and Knowledge. Come out and enjoy these 2 days with Queens who are passionate about helping you be your best self and knowledgeable within their respective fields.
